‘That would never happen in the men’s competition’: AFLW fixture slammed
AFLW Weekly co-host Georgie Parker has taken aim at the league’s condensed fixture which will see some teams play four matches in 15 days.

It comes after the Pies captain Brianna Davey entered concussion protocols forcing her to miss the next two matches.
“This would never happen in the men’s competition,” Georgie said on AFLW Weekly.
“This is happening in the women’s (league), and there’s this expectation from the women to put out on the park this performance that cannot be met, because of the barriers being put up in front of us by the league that’s meant to be supporting us.”
