The fall out continues to John Setka’s appearance at a hospital construction site on Wednesday.

The disgraced former CFMEU boss addressed workers at the Footscray hospital site, where he launched an expletive-laden rant directed at the Prime Minister.

Today Show reporter Christine Ahern says both and state government would be embarrassed by Mr Setka’s appearance amid ongoing corruption allegations.

“This is an embarrassment for the state government – this is a taxpayer-funded site,” she told Ross and Russ.

“It’s an embarrassment for the federal government as well as both have promised to clean up the CFMEU amid all this allegations of corruption and criminal links.”
