Jacqui Felgate has called out disgraced former CFMEU boss John Setka, who made a surprise appearance at a Victorian hospital construction site on Wednesday.

The former construction union boss spoke at a worker rally at the Footscray Hospital site and comes as he joins mortgage broker Dreamstreet.

The 3AW Drive host questioned why Mr Setka turned up to the rally considering he is no longer the head of the CFMEU.

“Surely if you’re not longer in the union, you’re no longer there,” Jacqui Felgate said on 3AW.

“How can John Setka continue to get away with this behaviour?”
