Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has sent out his thoughts to food icon Maggie Beer, after she was hospitalised following a fall at her Barossa Valley home.

The 79-year-old suffered multiple minor fractures, and Ford is hoping she makes a “speedy and full recovery”.

“It’s sad to see that she’s in a bad state at this moment,” he said.
