Carlton ruckman Tom De Koning has provided an update on how he his recovering from the collapsed lung and fractured foot he suffered back in round 19 against North Melbourne.

De Koning has been sidelined ever since, but he’s spoken out on 3AW on his recovery and also how teammate Sam Docherty is going and his influence around the club.

“Feeling good and the rehab is progressing really well,” De Koning said.
