Tom Elliott has questioned AFL CEO Andrew Dillon on the league’s new “social inclusion clause” to come in from 2025 to make the commentary more diverse.

The 3AW Mornings host and the AFL boss went back-and-forth about what it could mean for the broadcasting and current commentators both on radio and TV.

“We want the broadcast to be reflective of our audience,” Dillon said.
