Australia has picked up three more swimming medals on another successful day at the La Defence Arena in Paris.

Ariarne Titmus and Katie Ledecky went toe-to-toe in another blockbuster showdown, with the American coming out on top this time around.

There was drama in the women’s 200m individual medley final after American Alex Walsh was disqualified, which saw Kaylee McKeown claim a bronze medal.

Just minutes later McKeown was back in action as part of Australia’ mixed 4×100 medley relay team, which the quartet of McKeown, Josh Yong, Matt Temple and Mollie O’Callaghan also winning bronze.

In other news on the penultimate day of swimming competition at the Olympics, Australia will have two representatives in tomorrow’s women’s 50m freestyle after both Shayna Jack (24.29) an Meg Harris (24.33) qualifying in 5th and 6th respectively.
