Yesterday we broke the Officeworks story, where a Melbourne Jewish man was denied a service at Officeworks in Elsternwick because the service manager claimed she was ‘pro-Palestine’.

Officeworks has since acknowledged the employee did the wrong thing, offered a $100 voucher to the man and claimed the employee has undergone education training.

Brand expert at Jork Consulting Jessie Weatherley joined 3AW Mornings to discuss the impact the actions of their pro-Palestine employee will have on Officeworks’s brand.

“What they have to do now is be very vocal and do more then a media statement,” Weatherley said on 3AW Mornings.
