‘Zero consequences’: Tom Elliott frustrated about potential raise for criminal age of responsibililty
Eight teens were charged with various offences over a high speed chase across Melbourne’s South East, with seven of them being released on bail.
The alleged driver of the vehicle was only 13 years old and Tom Elliott has vented his frustration at the potential raise of the criminal age of responsibility to 14 years old.
“13 year old’s will think even if the police catch me, they can’t charge me with anything.” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
