Mack Horton’s advice for first time Olympians ahead of Paris Games
Rio 2016 Olympic gold medalist Mack Horton has some advice for those heading to an Olympic Games for the first time.
Horton, who competed at two separate Games, told Ross and Ross keeping a level of composure was key to success with the eyes of the world watching on.
“Spend a day or two soaking everything up and then put the blinkers on,” he said on 3AW Breakfast.
