Essendon president David Barham has spoken on what the big difference is at the club compared to previous years.

Barham said on 3AW on Friday night “we want long-term sustainable success” with Sam McClure saying Bombers fans would respond with “we’ve heard this all before”.

Barham then went on to explain who has made a “significant difference” at the club and what has changed this year.
