Jimmy Bartel has reacted to AFL CEO Andrew Dillon’s comments after the State of Origin match at the MCG on Wednesday night, which attracted over 90,000 fans.

The Geelong great said he’s a massive fan of State of Origin, even reflecting on his own experience representing Victoria back in 2008, but admitted he had the “biggest chuckle ever” over Dillon’s comments.

“It’s never happening,” he said.
