Carlton midfielder Blake Acres told 3AW Football it was “quite funny” seeing the De Koning brothers battle it out on Friday night.

Acres said he was “having a laugh at the start when they put them in the ruck against each other”.

He also shed light on the origin of his nickname “Sheriff” dating back to his days at Fremantle!
