Caroline Wilson says the decision to allow Melbourne midfielder Christian Petracca back onto the ground during the King’s Birthday clash against Collingwood is an “embarrassment for the game”.

Wilson spoke on Footy Classified during the week about the “sensitive issue” and doubled down on her comments on 3AW on Saturday afternoon.

“There should have been someone who said no,” she said.
