Jimmy Bartel has paid tribute to former Collingwood player Dane Swan after it was accidentally revealed early he would be inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame on Tuesday night!

Bartel played against Swan many times during the primes of their careers and said he was an “exceptional talent”.

He also commented on what many including the TV cameras didn’t realise about the Magpies great!
