Hope for insomnia sufferers as self-hypnosis emerges as potential tool
There are hopes for insomniacs with experts using hypnosis as a way to help with the aid of a new app.
Clinical psychologist, Dr Marjorie Collins, says the app talks about “self-hypnosis”.
“I don’t know if I would define that as self-hypnosis, but it does seem to be a variety of different techniques to help people relax,” she told Tony Moclair.
