The Sydney Swans stormed home to a 46-point win over the Western Bulldogs at the SCG.

It was a commanding performance by the Swans and if it wasn’t for bad kicking, they would have won by more.

The Swans take on Richmond next Saturday and the Bulldogs face Melbourne on Sunday.

After the game, we spoke with Isaac Heeney who has made an impressive return to AFL football after having Glandular Fever earlier this year.

One of the Western Bulldogs’ biggest supporters is comedian Wil Anderson. He joined us for a chat at half-time and instead of discussing the match tonight, he was very quick to turn the conversation towards the premiership last year!

Along with the Grand Final talk, Anderson also gave us his best Mark Robinson impersonation and he explained his preliminary final week, where he was stuck in Los Angeles!

Western Bulldogs captain Bob Murphy expects Tom Liberatore to return to the team in coming weeks.

Speaking on 3AW Football before the match against the Swans, Murphy spoke about the ever-changing Bulldogs line up which includes Travis Cloke who makes his return tonight.

Cloke was dropped after the Geelong match three weeks ago, having spent a number of weeks on the sidelines with injury.

“Before he hurt his ribs, he was super for us,” Murphy said.

It’s set to be a wet night at the SCG, where the Swans will want to bounce back from a disappointing loss to Hawthorn two weeks ago and the Bulldogs aim to continue their good form against St Kilda.

Both sides are coming off the bye and have have made a number of changes.

Despite the Swans being the grand finalists last year, they have had a disappointing season. However it is still expected that they could trouble some of the premiership hopefuls this season… And the Bulldogs are one of those teams.

THE TEAM: Kane Cornes, Tony Shaw, Dwayne Russell, Bruce Eva from 6PM
