What the International Criminal Court’s application for an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu means
The International Criminal Court has applied for arrest warrants for Hamas leaders and the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu for alleged war crimes in the Israel-Hamas War.
Professor of international law at the Australian National University, Don Rothwell, says travel constraints will be placed on the Israeli Prime Minister once the warrants are issued.
“Especially to travel inside countries which are parties to the Rome Statute,” he told Tom Elliott.
