Essendon great Matthew Lloyd has slammed Bombers ruckman Sam Draper’s comments on his podcast, saying it was a “massive slap in the face” for the club.

Draper said on the 200 Plus podcast if Western Bulldogs head coach Luke Beveridge was still the coach next year, “there will be players requesting trades”.

And Lloyd thought it “lacked class and it hurt the club”.
