Police chasing runaway thief involved in broad daylight armed robbery

Police are appealing for assistance to help locate a man who attempted to rob a store in Werribee South.
Armed with a tire iron, the man entered the properly at around 2pm on April 15.
The owner chased the man out of the store, where he fled without the cash he demanded.
