Caroline Wilson has weighed in on the “very concerning incident” involving Western Bulldogs midfielder Tom Liberatore.

Liberatore fell to the ground after a head high collision, with the midfielder and coach Luke Beveridge playing it off as an ankle problem.

“I don’t think anyone is buying the ankle explanation,” she said.
