A woman has had a lucky escape after she fell into a flooded storm water drain in Daylesford last night.

Victoria Police spokesperson, Leonie Johnson, says the 58-year-old fell down into an embankment in Raglan Street around 8:50pm.

“She’s been carried some distance in some really fast flowing water,” she told Jimmy Bartel and Mark Allen, filling in for Ross and Russ.
