Four of the five Altona-bound lanes of the M80 Ring Road are closed between Pascoe Vale Road and the Tullamarine Freeway, following a significant fish offal spill.

Dan Veling from the Department of Transport told Jacqui Felgate the delays are from 90 minutes up to two hours.
