Gold Coast CEO Mark Evans has called for more discussion on “competitive balance” in the AFL

The idea of a best-of-three grand final series was raised, with the Suns CEO claiming Victorian teams have an “enormous advantage” over non-Victorian teams on grand final day.

“I think we have to have the discussion,” Evans said.
