Today is International Women’s Day and Tom Elliott has shared some advice for women, including on how to get more people to watch them play sports.

He also says women should reconsider wanting to be on corporate boards.

“Women say to me, ‘We’ve got to have more women on boards’, I would tell them not to do it, not to do it, you go on the board of a company these days. and a worker dies you can be held personally responsible for it,” he said.
