Victorians warned to brace for extreme heat and fire risk
Victorians have been warned to brace for extreme weather tomorrow as parts of the state are forecasted to reach 41 degrees.
State Response Controller at the State Control Centre, Garry Cook, says conditions tomorrow won’t be nowhere near as bad as last week’s storms.
“But it is a day of significant fire risk, and the potential for some storms, particularly in the afternoon, so we’ll be watching all of that,” he told Jacqui Felgate.
