Neil Mitchell has labelled the French national who scaled a high-rise building in the Melbourne CBD an “idiot”.

Two people have been arrested in relation to the incident on Tuesday morning, with Neil urging those responsible to pay the costs incurred to send emergency services to the scene.

“I think he’s an idiot,” Neil told 3AW Drive.
