A V/Line traveller was “drenched” by water “pouring out of the roof” of a service from Melbourne to Wodonga on Monday night.

Amanda Nyhan told 3AW’s Jacqui Felgate she ignored the water at first, but she was soon soaked and had to swap seats, and she wasn’t the only one.

“I spoke to the staff on board and they encouraged me to make a complaint online because they said its an ongoing issue … but nothing is happening about it,” she said.
