Speed camera operator industrial action to set to continue over the holiday period after no progress was made on talks with the state government in recent days.

The Community and Public Sector Union has put up signs to warm motorists of upcoming speed cameras across the state, signaling continued strike action as they fight for more pay.

“Our members are (continuing) to fight on,” Community and Public Sector Union leader Julie McKeown told Tony Jones on 3AW Mornings.

“There’s been no movement at all, there’s been no contact with the union or its members to try and bring this dispute to an end.”
