The Rumour File was alerted to a youngster who was on the run from police in Clyde North after allegedly stealing a car from an estate, and ran into a couple of concreters on a construction site.

And the concreters stopped him right in his tracks before police arrived!

“I love the good old fashioned citizens arrest,” Mark Allen said.
