Neil Mitchell has paid tribute to beloved fruiterer Pino Narduzzo following his passing on Monday.

He started the renowned Pino’s Fine Produce business at Prahran Market in 1958 after immigrating from Italy.

Neil said he was a “legend” at the market and would be sorely missed.

“He was a mate of mine and a proud man of Italian heritage and culture,” he said on 3AW Mornings.
