3AW Breakfast gets a first-hand account of the drama in the CBD on Saturday night
It was anything but a quiet night in the CBD on Saturday, with emergency services put to the test.
More than 20 festival-goers were hospitalised after taking what was believed to be the deadly synthetic drug GHB at the Electric Parade Music festival, held at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl.
And while police were happy with the overall behaviour of the White Night crowd, there were 21 arrests.
A brawl between two groups at Federation Square also marred the evening.
3AW Breakfast’s Brianna Travers was across all the action and gave a first-hand account of the events on Monday morning.
