The Gin Queen, Caroline Childerly, is partering with the Gin Foundry to bring some of Australia AND Europe’s most exciting ginsmiths together for a celebration of that very popular spirt. NIGHTS IN NORTH MELBOURNE – I’ve mentioned previously the North Melbourne Hotel, taken over last year by pub industry stalwarts Jose and Sandra de Oliveira. I’d only been for lunch before, so popped in for a dinner last week and it was BUZZING. Great food, well priced drinks, that eclectic decor for which Sandra is famous, and just a great atmosphere. Definitely worth a look! www.thenorthmelbournehotel.com.au
