State opposition pushes to bring back move on powers for police
The state opposition is pushing to reinstate move on powers for Victoria Police.
Shadow attorney-general Michael O’Brien will today introduce a bill calling for police and PSOs to regain the move on powers they exercised before 2015.

“We can’t have neo-Nazi morons walking up and down trains demanding to know which people are Jewish. That is not our city, that is not our state and we need to give police proper powers to control behaviour that crosses the line,” he told Neil Mitchell.
