Press PLAY to hear his passionate plea to local councils
It comes after Neil Mitchell’s red hot tip this morning on Merri-bek Council voting to fly the Palestinian flag at several council spots around the city until a ceasefire is declared in Gaza.
Mr Hurlston claimed Merri-bek councillor Oscar Yildiz has received death threats for voting against the motion.
“We’ve been down this road in history before, it’s not about taking sides, we must get along and it’s horrible for everybody,” he told Neil Mitchell.
