Marcus Bontempelli opens up on his ‘fear of failure’ (and the game he thinks got him drafted)
Western Bulldogs midfielder Marcus Bontempelli has opened on his “fear of failure” and his constant level of trying to be a “perfectionist” growing up and playing footy at the highest level.
It comes as he releases his children’s book called “Little Bont’s Brave Play” based on his experience growing up with his Nonna, and the lesson of overcoming fears and dealing with adversity.
He also mentioned the game from his high school days which he thinks got him drafted, after Neil Mitchell brought it up!
