The Victorian Racing Club has updated its dressing regulations allowing men to wear tailored shorts on or below the knee for this year’s Melbourne Cup Carnival.

The new change will apply for members at Flemington, and will be allowed in the members’ areas.

The new dress code divided Ross and Russ this morning, so they invited etiquette expert Anna Musson to come on to settle the debate!
