Hundreds of households left in the lurch when home construction company Porter Davis collapsed in March have received some happy news.

Simonds Homes has taken on hundreds of unfinished Porter Davis builds.

Rafi Hoque, one of the Porter Davis clients whose home was left partially constructed, says he’s been told his home will be finished by mid-January and it won’t cost him any more than the price on his original contract.
