Neil Mitchell says there’s “a sniff of anti-Semitism about the way many in public life are approaching the war in the Middle East”.
A blast at the Al-Ahli Hospital in Gaza City killed hundreds, with Palestinian authorities pointing towards a deliberate Israeli air strike and Israel claiming a misfiring Palestinian rocket is to blame.
“The automatic assumption Israel is guilty is offensive and dangerous,” the 3AW Mornings host said. “At the very least you have to say there’s ambiguity there.”
