Neil Mitchell says the Indigenous Voice to Parliament is “futile” and both the ‘yes’ and ‘no’ sides are “wrong”.

“Both sides have been misleading and that’s undermined the chance of recognition for Indigenous people when it didn’t need to,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

“I think Anthony Albanese’s error was to say from day one ‘I am a politician, trust me’. Of course the majority of people are not going to trust a politician!”
