The Brisbane Lions have granted Josh Schache leave from the club to decide whether he wants to continue his career in Queensland.

The former No.2 draft pick is yet to commit to the Lions, with strong suggestions he’s looking to move back to Victoria after just two seasons in Brisbane.

He’d been expected to make a decision over the bye weekend, but the Lions have given him an extra week to consider his options.
