Victorian public servants are calling for more money and fewer work hours.

The Community and Public Sector Union is pushing for a 20 per cent pay increase over four years and the introduction of a four-day work week pilot program.

Acting secretary of the Victorian Community and Public Sector Union, Wayne Townsend, says “members are concerned that their salaries are starting to fall behind” and a four-day work week has been shown to improve productivity.
