Matthew Lloyd’s expectations for the Bombers next season have risen, as the club look set for a busy trade period.

The Bombers are set to acquire defender Ben McKay, ruckman Todd Goldstein as well as showing interest in Xavier Duursma, with Jade Gresham also keen on joining the club.

Lloyd did admit he was surprised by Essendon list manager Adrian’s Dodoro’s comments on Dylan Shiel.
