Neil Mitchell has urged Victoria’s new Premier, Jacinta Allan, to urgently answer questions about the Commonwealth Games.

“It goes to the heart of her integrity,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

“I’m starting to think she won’t last until the next election. I know it’s an early call and I hope she gets it together but at the moment the answer to everything is ‘Dan did it’.”

3AW State Political Reporter Stefanie Waclawik asked the Premier about the Commonwealth Games cancellation, with Neil Mitchell unhappy at her response.

“Cut us some slack,” he said.

“If you go on with that sort of nonsense, you’re not going to lead into the next election.”
