Qantas is set to scrap a “grossly unfair” rule preventing grieving relatives from reclaiming their late loved one’s frequent flyer points.

Frequent flyer expert, Daniel Sciberras, claimed the policy always “baffled” him and he “never understood it”.

“It’s good to see that this will be getting reversed,” Mr Sciberras told Ross and Russel.
