A new survey of Australia’s big three supermarkets has revealed which is the cheapest and which is the most expensive.

Finder compared a basket of 46 items at Woolworths, Coles and Aldi, and found a seven per cent difference in price between the cheapest and the most expensive.

For one item, there was a staggering 75 per cent difference between retailers.
