Frankston Health Care helped turn her son’s life around, now it’s unable to stay open
A mother of a Frankston Health Care patient says she’s concerned about the impact the centre’s forced closure will have on patients who need the services.
Gayle Kelly, says the centre has helped patients who usually face stigma elsewhere, including her son whose life has ‘turned around.’
“I would hate to think what would happen to them,” she told Tony Jones, filling in for Neil Mitchell.

She also said she’s angry with the state government for failing to help keep the clinic open.
“I’m angry to think that they haven’t been able to manage to get this funding,” she said.
