Sydney Swans CEO Tom Harley has lauded John Longmire’s consistency as he enters another finals campaign as head coach.

The former Geelong premiership captain also spoke on why stability is so important at the club, and addressed the idea of a succession plan and whether one is in the works at the Swans with assistant coach Dean Cox.
