Police officer aims to break world record for cause close to his heart
A police officer has set himself a goal to beat the world record for the most chest to ground burpees to raise funds for a cause close to his heart.
Leading Senior Constable, Jerry Roper, says he’s raising funds for research into autism.
“I’ve got four kids and three of my kids have autism … so I run a fundraiser, I’ve been doing it for the past five years now, it’s called Burpees for Autism,” he told Neil Mitchell.
