John Farnham is officially cancer-free!

A year on from 12-hour surgery to remove a tumour from his mouth, the 74-year-old says he’s the luckiest man he knows, and is thanking the public for their well wishes.

His close friend, Gaynor Wheatley, says the disease “really took its toll” on Farnham, and messages from the public “absolutely turned him around … and made him a fighter”. She also shared some exciting news about the legendary singer’s voice…
